In accordance with the EU Distance Selling Directive, you are entitled to cancel your order at anytime within 7 days of receiving your goods. The cancellation period ends on the expiry of the period of 7 working days beginning with the day after the day on which you received the goods. If you wish to cancel an order under these terms, return your goods by post in the same condition as received within 7 days of your receipt of the goods (details below).

After this period we will not offer a refund on unwanted goods but we will gladly offer an exchange within 21 days from the date purchased accompanied by proof of purchase. The customer is however responsilble for covering the costs of postage for the exchanged item(s) if you require an exchange an invoice will be sent to your email address for the return p&p. Please note that, unless the goods which you return are faulty or incorrect, you are responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us.

When returning Goods:

• - They must be sealed in the original packaging.
• - Make sure that you have addressed the package clearly with the Paper Sales Direct address.
• - Include a copy of your invoice or invoice number with your name, address and contact telephone number.
• - A cover letter informing us of what you would require.

There will be a small postage and package fee for exchanges.

Make sure that you get a certificate of posting from the Post Office as proof that you have sent the package.
