Returns Policy
We will accept returns within seven (7) working days of receipt of your item if you change your mind or no longer want the item, as long as the item is returned in a saleable condition.
We can offer an exchange, a credit note towards your next purchase or refund your money, dependent on circumstances.
Items returned to us due to a manufacturer's fault later than 30 days after the item was delivered will be eligible for a direct replacement.
Where a direct replacement cannot be offered we will offer an exchange / credit voucher towards any other item on the website.
Carriage charges for returned goods will be incurred by the customer, unless confirmed faulty. Carriage charges will be applied to any order that is returned and that was shipped on a free delivery.
Before returning any item to us, you must contact us by email or by telephone to notify us so that we can issue you with a return merchandise authorisation (RMA) number. Please note, returns sent back without a valid RMA number may be refused or returned.
After you have contacted us by email, your enquiry will be processed and you will be allocated an RMA number which must be clearly visible on the outside packaging. You will also be given instructions on how and where to send your return.
Please note that we aim to process all returned items within 72 hours of receipt of the item, but returns / refunds can take up to seven (7) working days to be processed.
We strongly advise all customers to obtain a free certificate of posting when returning items via the Royal Mail postal service.
It is your responsibility to ensure that items are packaged sufficiently prior to returning them. Please note that proof of postage is not proof of receipt. We will not be held responsible for items which are damaged or lost in transit. It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that all returned items reach us safely (unless otherwise agreed).

2. Goods Information
2.1 We have made all reasonable efforts to accurately describe the Goods (including size, weight and finish) for sale on Our Website. You acknowledge and accept however that You are responsible for ensuring that the Goods are suitable for Your requirements.
2.2 We guarantee that all Goods will perform to a standard no less than would be expected from the same original product. We will exchange any Goods which fail to conform to the guarantee within one (1) year from the date they were ordered. This clause sets out Our entire liability for any failure in meeting the guarantee.
2.3 Our Price Promise is given subject to the following:
It relates only to new identical goods sold in the United Kingdom;
The Price Promise does not include comparisons with any goods which are sold under any sale or special promotion including without limit Christmas or seasonal sales;
Price comparisons exclude sales by auctions (including Internet auction sites);
Price comparisons do not include goods sold on hire purchase or sold privately;
Price comparisons do not include goods sold in bulk.
3. The Contract Between You and Us
3.1 We must receive payment of the whole price for the Goods that You order before Your Order can be accepted. Once payment has been received by Us, We will confirm that Your Order has been received by sending an email to You at the email address You provide in Your Order.
3.2 You have the right to cancel the Order up to the point at which the Goods are dispatched by Us. If You wish to cancel pursuant to this clause then You must notify Us in writing. Should You cancel Your Order before dispatch, We will refund in full the amount forwarded by You within [21] days of the Order being cancelled. Credit card charges will be refunded on the same credit card only. Our acceptance of an Order does not take place until dispatch of the Order, at which point a Contract will be made.
4. Price
4.1 Subject to this clause 4, the price payable for Goods are as set out in Our Website.
4.2 The prices payable for Goods as set out in the Website are inclusive of shipping and handling costs.
4.3 VAT at the current rate to be paid to HM Revenue and Customs
4.4 Prices are subject to change without notice.
5. Right of Cancellation
5.1 Notwithstanding clause 3.2 and subject to Your compliance with the remainder of this clause 5, You may also cancel Your Order at any time up to the end of the seventh (7th) working day starting from the date immediately after You receive the ordered Goods provided those Goods are unused, with all labels and tags intact and attached, and in no worse condition than when they were received by You.
5.2 To cancel Your Order, You must notify Us in writing before the end of the period set out in clause 5.1.
5.3 All cancellations should be undertaken in accordance with, and subject to, Our Returns Procedure here.
5.4 You must send the Goods back to Our Contact Address at Your own cost and risk and quoting the Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number (see clause 5.5 below).
5.5 Before You send Your Goods, please call us on 013830414030 or email us by clicking here to obtain an RMA number.
5.6 Once You have notified Us that You are cancelling Your Order, any sum debited to Us from Your credit card will be re-credited to Your account as soon as possible and, in the event that the Goods have been dispatched, within [21] days of Your cancellation notice PROVIDED THAT the Goods in question are returned by You and received by Us in the condition they were in when delivered to You, and in their original packaging. If applicable, We shall be entitled to deduct the direct costs of recovering the Goods from the amount to be re-credited to You.

6. Cancellation by Us
6.1 We reserve the right to cancel the Contract if:
We have insufficient stock to deliver the Goods You have ordered; or
We do not deliver to Your area or country; or
If one or more of the Goods You ordered was listed with incorrect information including without limit price, and/or description for whatever reason; or
If We have reason to believe that You will not comply with these Terms.
7. Delivery of Goods to You
7.1 Subject to clause 7.4, We will deliver the Goods ordered by You to the address You give Us for delivery at the time You make Your Order.
7.2 Delivery will be made as soon as possible after Your Order is received and We will (where possible) dispatch Your Goods on the same working day as You place the Order. (Usually this means orders received by 3.00pm Monday to Friday. After this time, Your Order will be dispatched the following working day - subject to stock availability.)
7.3 You will become the owner of the Goods You have ordered when they have been delivered to You. Once Goods have been delivered to You, they will be held at Your own risk and We will not be liable for their loss or destruction.
7.4 Delivery is made by Royal Mail First Class Post and can take two to five (2 to 5) working days from dispatch. We use APC Couriers for all orders over 1KG.
8. Liability and Limitation
8.1 If the Goods We deliver are not what You ordered, or are damaged when You receive them, or the delivery is of an incorrect quantity, We shall have no liability to You unless You notify Us in writing at Our Contact Address of the problem within seven (7) working days, starting from the date immediately after the delivery of the Goods in question.
8.2 Save as precluded by law, We will not be liable to You for any indirect or consequential loss, damage or expenses (including loss of profits, business or goodwill) howsoever arising and, in any event, Our maximum liability to You shall be to refund to You the amount paid by You for the Goods giving rise to the claim.
8.3 You must observe and comply with all applicable regulations and legislation, including obtaining all necessary customs, import or other permits to purchase Goods from Our Website. The importation or exportation of certain of Our Goods to You may be prohibited by certain national laws. We make no representation and accept no liability in respect of the export or import of the Goods You purchase.
8.4 Notwithstanding the above, nothing in these Terms is intended to limit any rights You might have as a consumer under applicable local law or other statutory rights that may not be excluded, nor in any way to exclude or limit Our liability to You for any death or personal injury resulting from Our negligence.
8.5 You acknowledge and accept that, save as expressly stated on the Website, We give no representation, warranty or statement as to the Goods including, without limit, their quality and/or suitability.
9. Notices
Unless otherwise expressly stated in these Terms, all notices from You to Us must be in writing and sent to Our Contact Address.
10. Events Beyond Our Control
We shall have no liability to You for any failure to deliver Goods that You have ordered, or any delay in doing so, or for any damage or defect to Goods delivered that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond Our reasonable control including, without limitation, strikes, lock-outs, terrorism and other industrial disputes, breakdown of systems or network access, flood, fire, explosion or accident.
11. Invalidity
If any part of these Terms is unenforceable (including any provision in which We exclude Our liability to You) the enforceability of any other part of these conditions will not be affected.
12. Privacy
You acknowledge and agree to be bound by the terms of Our Privacy Policy.
13. Returns Procedure
You acknowledge and agree to be bound by the terms of Our Returns Procedure.
14. Third Party Rights
A person who is not a party to this Contract has not got any rights under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 to enforce any terms of this Contract, but this does not affect any right or remedy of a third party that exists or is available apart from that Act.
15. Governing Law
This Contract shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with UK law and the UK Courts shall have jurisdiction to resolve any disputes between Us.

17. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with Our current Website prices, delivery details, Returns Procedure and Privacy Policy, set out the whole of Our agreement relating to the supply of the Goods to You by Us. Nothing said by any sales person on Our behalf should be understood as a variation of the Terms or as an authorised representation about the nature or quality of any Goods offered for sale by Us. Save for fraud or misrepresentation, We shall have no liability for any such representation being untrue or misleading.
Delivery Policy
We aim to despatch all orders received prior to 3.00pm Mon-Fri on the same day. Orders received after 3.00pm will be despatched next working day excluding Saturday and Sunday.Free delivery applies on all orders over £50.00, orders of this value are usually despatched via courier on a next day by 4pm service. For small quantities we use Royal Mail First Class Recorded service which usually takes 1-2 days to arrive.
